About Your Host
Hi, I’m Leah.
I started this group two years ago because I know firsthand how isolating it can feel to build a private practice, especially in a new community. It occurred to me that if I was feeling that way, other therapists probably were too. This group was born from that realization: a space where we can enjoy the autonomy of private practice without having to do it alone.
Most meetings are held at Bella Italia Restaurant in Richmond, providing a relaxed and welcoming space to connect, learn, and build community with fellow clinicians.
As a psychotherapist, I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating trauma, communication struggles, and relationship challenges. I help clients process past experiences, build resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling connections through a trauma-informed approach.
